How to Get There
A shuttle will be taking guests from the Cathedral directly to the wedding reception, which is about a 20 minute drive out of Ripon city centre. If you want to book a ticket for yourself or your family, please click through this link. Otherwise there is off-road parking at the venue.

The wedding itself starts at noon, all guests must be seated and present by 11.45am otherwise you will not be able to gain access.

Biodegradable please
If you'd like to throw confetti as we leave The Cathedral, feel free to bring some, but please make sure it's natural/biodegradable
What to wear?

We are so excited to get married in Ripon Cathedral, and then celebrate the day in a Marquee, in a field, in the glorious Yorkshire Dales. We've had lots of questions already about what to wear, so here's the best information we can give!
Ripon Cathedral is naturally a grand venue, where nobody can look overdressed.
The reception venue, Little Seed Field, is a working dairy farm. We have booked their top field, with the most breathtaking views, it is intentionally planned to be a laid back space for us to spend our time with you all, with (hopefully) sunny May weather, hay bails, cricket, and live music.
We have organised floor matting across a fair amount of the ground, but there's a good amount of grass still, whilst the heard will have been off the field for about six weeks prior, do think carefully about footwear. Feel free to bring a second comfy pair or shoes!
Those of you lovely people in the military, feel free to wear full dress uniform, if you wish.
